Lost Family members

In the last few days we have lost two family members. My Aunt Sarah Thomas, we called her Sis, and my father-in-law, Charles Rose. Both will be missed and remembered for years to come.

A Graduate from the University of Tennessee

Here he is a graduate of the University of Tenessee in May 2008. His next move is to work as an intern for Pugh & Company Accounting Firm in Knoxville, TN for the summer and then this Fall he weill start the Masters program at UT, where he has already been accepted.

He is pictured in some of the photo's with his best friend, of the last two years, Whitney Jennings.

Kaylee's 1st Birthday

Well, the first thing we had to do was make a wish and I had to help her just a little. Then she blew out the candle and we had some ice cream from, believe it or not, Baskin Robbins! We ate a lot of ice cream because she did not like the cake very much.

Little Baby Ember

Baby Ember is getting bigger and bigger. It is hard to imagine how much she has grown nd how she wants to sit up all of the time and she is trying to roll over. So check out these new pictures.

My New Great Niece

Now my niece is having a Baby!

My niece Kyria is having her little girl by the 20th of April or they will induce her labor. She still does not have a name for the little girl. These pictures are from her shower that my wife Cindy threw for her at Ridgeview Baptist Church. See if you see anyone you know?

Traffic

There are 20 million people who live in Cairo Egypt and they all come out at night. There are no street signs, traffic lights or policemen who direct traffic.

The Pyramids

Check out the camel ride to the Pyramids! It was for 20 minutes and man was it fun! The wind was blowing so hard it was terrible. Kaylee stayed in the van with Rebecca, thank goodness.

Vacation in Cairo

I had to spend a little time with Kaylee, she just kept crying wanting me to feed her!

She is Here!

Well, Kaylee came three weeks early and everyone is doing fine. She was trying to be born on my birthday, but she was two days late. She was born on January 6, weighed 5pounds and 9 ounces and she is about 19 inches long. Here are a couple of pictures.

Thanksgiving 2006

We had a great time this year and only had 39 eating at mom's house for lunch. On the day after we went to the Fantasy of Trees to listen one of our great nieces sing with our church choir. Then we got a treat by decorating our own cookies.

Have You SEEN our granddaughter?

Here is another 3D picture showing her cute little body. I hope you can see her little leg, and her tiny little arm. In this picture she is 6 months old and three months from delivery. The doctor told them she was going to be a big baby. She must be going to take after her grandmother, Cindy. By the way she is going to be born in another country, and the custom of that country is for her first name is to be chosen by the parents, which is Kaylee. Her middle name is to be the same as the first name of the daddy, which is Gary. Her third name is to be the first name of the father's, father, which is Gary. That means her name on her birth certificate will read, Kaylee, Gary, Gary!!

Have you heard we are having a granddaughter?

We have a grand daughter due January 29, 2007. Here is a 3D ultrasound picture of her. Isn't she a beauty? Really, though isn't this the coolest thing you have ever seen? I hope you can see her little face and her hand in front of her face. We will get to see her in March of 2007.

Play Time on the deck

Here is the new water feature for our deck and instead of hearing relaxing sounds of water falling. As you can see we got to enjoy the laughter and smiles of the Reagan and Ayden filling it up with water and then playing in it.

Bahama & Key West Cruise

Here is the boat we had a great time on and the friends we went on the cruise with. The boat was the Carnival cruise lines boat called the Celebration. We had an awesome time for the week we had on the boat from Jacksonville, Florida. We then sailed to Key West Florida, and then went snorkeling in the Bahama's.
